Claims without photos cannot be processed.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair or replace the item under our warranty.
This warranty does not cover wear from normal use, accidental damage, loss, or theft.
