Return & Exchange Policy
At J.Collins Jewellery, we are obsessed with customer satisfaction. In the rare event that your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free and speedy return process.
Please review the following guidelines to ensure your return is processed successfully:
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days after delivery.
- You will need your Order Number and Zip Code to initiate your return at our Return Portal.
- Eligible returns will be processed for a full Refund, a J.Collins store credit, or an exchange
- All returned items must be shipped back using the original shipping labels and packaging they were received in.
- Returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon arrival.
- Refund updates will be communicated via email after inspection approval.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our facility.
- For all returns and exchanges, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. To ensure safe handling, we recommend using a trusted, trackable shipping service when returning your item to J.Collins
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Worn and damaged products by customer
- Items returned beyond the 14-day return window
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Include this Return Label inside your return package.
- Use the original packaging and shipping labels to return the product.
- Securely package all items to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the package using a trackable service to the address provided during communication with our customer service personnel.
