During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Custom or personalized jewelry may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at checkout.
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free on orders over $150 (U.S. only).
Express Shipping (1–3 business days) – Available at an additional cost.
International Shipping (7–14 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
JCollins Jewelries is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
