Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and other European regions.
If you are located in a country not listed above, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and shipping options for your location.
How long does shipping take?
Products marked “Ready to Ship”:
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time ship out the same business day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time ship out the next business day.
Products without the “Ready to Ship” label (made-to-order):
- These pieces are crafted especially for you and may take up to 21–28 days before they are shipped.
- Many orders ship sooner than this window, but we want to set the right expectation so you can plan accordingly.
Can I return a custom order?
Unfortunately, custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
How long does it take to process a refund?
After receiving your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. You will be notified via email once your refund or store credit has been issued.
