Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Items marked with a "Ready to Ship" label will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Items without the "Ready to Ship" label are made to order and will be processed and shipped within 30 days from the order date.

Shipping Options – United States

  • Free Shipping (Orders $75 and above): 4–6 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $75): Calculated at checkout — 3–5 Business Days
  • Rush Shipping: Calculated at checkout — 1–3 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout — 1 Business Day

Please note that delivery timeframes begin after the order has been dispatched, not from the order date. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier operations, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. J.Collins Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, J.Collins Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a resolution.

We currently ship worldwide except to regions restricted by carriers or international trade regulations.
